AVIAREPS in Lisbon is seeking an Airport Ticket Office Executive to support a leading online carrier at Lisbon Airport. You will provide face-to-face service, issue and refund tickets, and assist passengers with schedules, fares and documents.

The role requires ticketing experience, Amadeus GDS knowledge, and fluency in Portuguese with strong English; additional languages are a plus. Rotating shifts and airport access are involved.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in airline ticketing or airport operations.
• Solid knowledge of airline reservations and ticketing.
• Familiar with Amadeus GDS and BSP procedures.
• Portuguese fluency and good English; Spanish/French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide face-to-face customer service at the Airport Ticket Office.
• Sell, issue, reissue, modify, and refund airline tickets per policy.
• Assist passengers with schedules, fares, baggage, and docs.
• Support passengers during irregular operations and upgrades when applicable.
• Work with airport teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
