Devote Consulting in Portugal is seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in GxP system validation to join our expanding team. You will lead validation projects across R&D and clinical operations, ensuring compliance and high-quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree, has 5+ years as a Validation Lead in regulated industries, fluent English, and a strong, analytical mindset. Experience with agile methods and R&D platforms (CTMS, eTMF, RBM, EDC) is a plus.

Qualificações

• A master's degree in business administration, IT, life sciences, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Validation Lead for GxP systems within regulated industries such as Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for making an impact.
• Experience with agile delivery methods is an advantage.
• Using Clinical R&D systems (CTMS, eTMF, RBM, EDC, etc.) or medical devices is an advantage.
• Certifications in Life Science R&D platforms are an advantage.
