Devote Consulting actively seeks recent graduates to join a growing team delivering life sciences consulting. You’ll work on projects that improve processes, data, and systems across medical devices, R&D, and regulatory affairs.

In this role you’ll contribute to stakeholder management, project planning, and organizational change, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment that supports professional growth. English proficiency is essential.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in business administration, life sciences, or related field.
• 1–2 years in life sciences is a plus; recent graduates welcome.
• Analytical with a drive to make a measurable impact.
• Excellent English communication.
• Familiarity with system validation and agile delivery is an advantage.
• Experience with Clinical R&D systems (CTMS, eTMF, RBM, EDC) or medical devices/SaMD is a bonus.

Your Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

• Educational background: A master’s degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field
• Industry experience: 1-2 years in the life sciences industry is a plus, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Problem-solving mindset: You are analytical and aim to make a measurable impact
• Communication skills: Proficiency in English
• Technical skills: Familiarity with system validation and agile delivery methods is an advantage
• Specialized knowledge: Experience with Clinical R&D systems (CTMS, eTMF, RBM, EDC) or medical devices/SaMD is an added bonus
