Devote Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive improvements in clinical operations, data, and GxP systems within Life Sciences R&D. You will lead projects, optimize business processes, and manage stakeholders to deliver compliant, data-driven solutions.

The role requires a master’s degree and 5+ years in regulated industries such as Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech, with English fluency and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a consultant or similar in regulated life sciences sectors.
• Experience creating compliance and validation documentation.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with agile delivery methods and data-driven process optimization.
• Experience in Life Science R&D and regulatory affairs environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver changes in life sciences projects focusing on processes, data, and systems.
• Redesign and improve business workflows for greater efficiency.
