The Legal Entity Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial stewardship, governance and oversight of Hiscox SA and its branches, as well as HASAS and any additional EU entities. The role acts as the key interface between the Finance External Partner, local business stakeholders, and legal entity governance, ensuring that financial information and controls are delivered accurately and on time. The position provides challenge, review and oversight of outputs produced by the Finance External Provider and supports decision-making through financial analysis, insight and coordination across the organisation.
Legal Entity Stewardship: Support the financial oversight of Hiscox SA and its branches, as well as HASAS and any additional EU entities. Coordinate inputs and deliverables for local Boards, Audit Committees and governance forums. Ensure legal entity risks and issues are appropriately escalated.
Support legal entity governance activities and action tracking. Assist with risk assessments and regulatory change initiatives. Ensure compliance with Group policies and local regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve finance processes. Support Finance transformation initiatives and implementation of operating model changes.
