Hiscox is seeking an OutSystems Lead Developer to provide technical leadership across development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and engineering consistency. You will balance hands-on development with strategic leadership, mentor developers, and drive adoption of DevOps and CI/CD practices.

You will lead, coordinate, and enforce coding standards, collaborate with architecture and platform teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the CoE.

• Azure and cloud platform exposure.

Role Overview

The OutSystems Lead Developer provides technical leadership across development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, engineering consistency and adoption of best practices within the OutSystems CoE.

About You

You are a senior engineer with proven experience leading teams, coaching developers and delivering complex applications. You are comfortable balancing hands-on development with technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development teams delivering OutSystems applications

• Coordinate technical delivery across internal teams and partners

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on OutSystems experience

Desirable Skills

• OutSystems Professional Certification
• Experience operating within a CoE model
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries
