Air Liquide ALEBS seeks a proactive Learning & Development Administrative Associate to support planning, delivery, and administration of training programs across multiple departments. You will coordinate sessions, manage course information, and assist with data entry in Workday.

Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills preferred. This role offers a collaborative, diverse environment within ALEBS and opportunities to grow within the Air Liquide Group.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within a learning and development or shared services environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and administrative software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in collecting learning needs from various departments and help develop learning plans.
• Manage learning offers, add new courses and review existing ones, ensure information is up-to-date.
• Coordinate and manage learning sessions, including scheduling and logistics across departments.
• Support administration of learning platforms and data entry in systems like Workday.
• Provide contact point for basic learning inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist in generating reports on learning activities and outcomes.
