Forvia is seeking a Trainee FES and Productivity Engineer to support operational excellence across production. You will help implement FES standards, contribute to lean manufacturing, and gain hands-on experience with continuous improvement projects and digital tools.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in engineering or business, are fluent in English, and enjoy data analysis, problem solving, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in manufacturing operations, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• First experience in production or industrial environments through internships or academic projects is a plus.
• Basic understanding of process improvement and KPI monitoring.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment; interest in change management and operational excellence.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of lean tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support FES Excellence Initiatives and standard deployment.
• Assist in implementing standardized work and lean manufacturing practices.
• Participate in FES training sessions and improvement workshops.
• Contribute to lead time reduction and continuous flow improvement projects.
• Support deployment and monitoring of digital tools such as NEO, DMC, and mLean.
• Help collect and analyze operational data and share best practices.
