Job summary

Forvia is seeking a PC&L Improvement Trainee to drive the deployment of production control and logistics tools across a manufacturing plant. You will implement PC&L methods (including AGV flows), establish standards like MIFA and Milk Run, and define deployment objectives with the PC&L Manager.

You will train plant staff, provide technical support to other functions, and promote visual management and know‑how capitalization. English and Portuguese proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, written and spoken.
• Lean management knowledge.
• Programming knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive deployment of PC&L tools and methodologies in a plant.
• Set up PC&L standards: MIFA, Milk Run and levelling.
• Define deployment objectives with PC&L Manager and build an action plan.
• Set up means to achieve the action plan and ensure results.
• Train and coach plant employees; carry out progress workshops.
• Provide technical support to other functions (Digital pull system/Alert).
• Propose visual management systems to improve reactivity.
• Identify and implement best practices.
• Ensure know‑how capitalization and use of standard forms.
