Job summary

Forvia Faurecia is seeking a PC&L Improvement Trainee to drive deployment of Production Control & Logistics tools in a manufacturing plant. You will help implement PC&L standards such as MIFA, milk run, and leveling, and define deployment objectives with the PC&L Manager.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Business, excel in English and Portuguese, and embrace Lean principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Lean management methodology.

Responsibilities

• Drive deployment of PC&L tools and methodologies in a plant.
• Set up PC&L standards (MIFA, Milk run, levelling).
• Define deployment objectives with PC&L Manager and build an action plan.
• Provide training and coaching to plant employees as needed.
• Support implementation of PC&L tools and related alert system.
• Propose visual management to improve plant reactivity and communicate initiatives.
• Identify best practices and ensure know-how capitalization.
