Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a Lead UiPath Engineer to drive hands-on automation design and delivery. You will lead automation workstreams, build end-to-end UiPath solutions, and ensure scalability, security, and maintainability across enterprise systems.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Architects and IT teams, and contribute to agile delivery. A hybrid work model is offered with focus on collaboration and continuous improvement in automation practices.

Qualificações

• Deep hands-on expertise with UiPath Studio, Maestro, Robots and APIs
• Strong programming skills in C#/.Net and Python
• Experience with RPA frameworks, reusable components and automation patterns
• Knowledge of AI-powered automation, cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Experience integrating automations with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise systems

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement UiPath automations aligned with architecture
• Lead automation workstreams and review code for quality and standards
• Mentor junior automation engineers and support onboarding
• Collaborate with architects, analysts and DevOps to plan delivery
