The ideal candidate has experience with UiPath, scripting in various languages, and integrating with services like ServiceNow and Microsoft 365. Strong analytical skills and a focus on documentation are key for success in this role.

Right now, weare looking for an Automation Engineer to integrate our internal team.

Yourresponsibilities include:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintainend-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize automationopportunities across IT Support (L1/L2) and operational processes.
• Develop automation workflows, reusablecomponents, and orchestrations following RPA best practices.
• Develop scripts and automation components usingPowerShell, Python, Bash, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and otherintegration technologies.
• Build integrations between UiPath and enterpriseplatforms, including ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, EntraID, Azure, and other business applications.
• Create, configure, and manage attended andunattended bots within the UiPath ecosystem.
• Configure, manage, and optimize UiPathOrchestrator environments.
• Develop and maintain self-service automationcapabilities, including support portals, chatbot integrations, andautomated request fulfillment processes.
• Create and maintain automation documentation,including Process Design Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents(SDDs), runbooks, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot failures,and implement continuous improvements to ensure automation reliability andscalability.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with security,governance, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with IT Support, Infrastructure,Service Management, and business stakeholders to gather requirements anddeliver automation solutions.
• Measure and report automation outcomes, includingticket reduction, effort savings, productivity improvements, andoperational efficiency gains.

Youmust have:

• Proven hands-on experience developing andsupporting RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Strong experience with UiPath Studio, UiPathOrchestrator, and unattended robot implementations.
• Experience automating IT Operations, ServiceDesk, Infrastructure, or IT Support processes.
• Strong scripting and automation experience usingPowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs, webservices, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similarITSM platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, MicrosoftEntra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and ITILbest practices.
• Experience monitoring, maintaining, andtroubleshooting production automations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills witha focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
• Strong documentation and process-mappingcapabilities.

Wevalue:

• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification orother relevant UiPath certifications.
• Experience with UiPath AI Center, DocumentUnderstanding, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), or Generative AIintegrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, AzureAutomation, or Azure Logic Apps.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOpsmethodologies for RPA deployments.
• Experience working in Agile deliveryenvironments.
• Knowledge of process mining or task mining tools.
• Experience defining automation KPIs and measuringbusiness value realization.
• Experience working within enterprise-scale RPAprograms or Automation Centers of Excellence (CoE).
