A ABC Fitness procura um engenheiro backend experiente para desenhar, construir e manter serviços escaláveis para Billing e Subscriptions. Você irá orientar design técnico, colaborar com equipas de Produto, Design, QA e Engenharia, e guiar engenheiros através de reviews de código e mentoring.

Qualificações

• Mais de 5 anos de experiência em engenharia de software.
• Sólida experiência em backend com Go, Java, Python, PHP ou similar.
• Experiência em APIs, sistemas distribuídos e modelagem de dados.
• Experiência em ferramentas de IA para desenvolvimento é valorizada.

Responsabilidades

• Projetar, construir e manter serviços backend escaláveis para Billing & Subscriptions.
• Liderar design técnico, arquitetura e melhores práticas de engenharia.
• Melhorar confiabilidade, observabilidade, desempenho e manutenibilidade.
• Colaborar com Product, Design, QA e Engenharia; orientar engenheiros.
• Usar ferramentas de IA com bom senso para produtividade e qualidade.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for Billing & Subscriptions. Lead technical design, architecture, and engineering best practices. Improve reliability, observability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering. Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance. Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of software engineering experience. Strong backend development experience in Go, Java, Python, PHP, or similar. Solid understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and data modeling. Experience building and operating reliable production systems. Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership. Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools, with good judgment around quality, security, and production readiness.

NICE TO HAVE

Production experience with Go. Experience with billing, payments, subscriptions, or financial systems. Experience with AWS, MySQL, MongoDB, React, or PHP. Experience with observability, incident response, and operational excellence. Technical leadership or mentoring experience.

Becoming a trusted technical leader who helps the team deliver reliable billing and subscription systems while raising the bar for engineering quality, collaboration, and operational excellence.

COMPENSATION

Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is - €55K- annually.

In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable.

Compensation and benefits may vary by location and are subject to applicable legal, business, and market requirements.
