ABC Fitness is seeking a senior backend engineer to design, build, and scale our billing and subscriptions services. You will lead technical design, drive engineering best practices, and mentor teammates.

You will collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering, improve reliability and observability, and responsibly leverage AI-assisted development tools to boost quality and delivery.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Backend focus with expertise in Go, Java, Python or PHP.
• Experience designing APIs and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to ship reliable production systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for Billing & Subscriptions.
• Lead technical design, architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Improve reliability, observability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and delivery.
