Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP System Architect with HR/HCM expertise to lead the HR Mini Master (HRMM) design within an SAP S/4HANA transformation. Focus on HR data, integrations, and solution architecture across SAP and non-SAP systems including Workday.

You will define architectures, ensure data flows and mappings are sound, and collaborate with HR/HCM functional consultants, integration teams, and technical groups to support implementation and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP HCM/HR and HR master data structures.
• Experience designing/implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Solid understanding of PA and OM in SAP HR/HCM.
• Good grasp of SAP S/4HANA architectures & integration design.
• Knowledge of ABAP and ability to review technical developments.

Responsabilités

• Define and own HR Mini Master architecture in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design HRMM solution architecture based on business requirements.
• Oversee HRMM integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems (Workday, etc.).
• Translate business needs into scalable functional/technical designs.
• Support testing, deployment, and data/integration issue resolution.
