Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP System Architect with HR/HCM expertise to lead the HR Mini Master (HRMM) design within an SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will define the solution architecture and ensure seamless integration with surrounding systems and Workday.

You will collaborate with HR/HCM functional consultants, integration and technical teams, guiding implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover while maintaining architecture documentation.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP HCM/HR expertise with HR master data and org structures.
• Experience designing HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of PA and OM within SAP HCM.
• Understanding of HR data integration with S/4HANA processes.
• Experience SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integrations.
• Technical depth in SAP HR/HCM data structures, interfaces, and mapping.
• Ability to define interface specs with technical teams.
• Experience with Workday to SAP S/4HANA integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the HRMM solution architecture in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design HRMM data model and data maintenance within S/4HANA.
• Oversee integrations between HRMM and SAP/non-SAP systems, Workday included.
• Translate business requirements into scalable end-to-end designs.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP System Architect with strong HR/HCM expertise and solid technical knowledge to lead the design and implementation of the HR Mini Master (HRMM) solution within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role focuses on the HR data and processes required within S/4HANA, rather than the full SAP HCM suite. You will be responsible for defining the solution architecture, ensuring effective integration with surrounding systems, and supporting the solution throughout implementation and deployment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Define and own the solution architecture for HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design the HRMM solution based on business and technical requirements, including how employee and organizational data is represented and maintained within S/4HANA.
• Design and oversee integrations between HRMM and SAP and non‑SAP systems, workday, including data flows, mappings, interfaces, and relevant integration mechanisms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable functional and technical solution designs.
• Work closely with HR/HCM functional consultants, integration teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders, providing architectural guidance throughout implementation.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and resolution of technical, data, and integration issues.
• Review solution designs and maintain architecture and design documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP HCM / HR and a solid understanding of HR master data and organizational structures.
• Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of relevant SAP HCM areas, particularly Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Good understanding of how HR master data is used and integrated with other S/4HANA processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design.
• Strong technical understanding of SAP HR/HCM architecture, data structures, interfaces, and integration mechanisms.
• Good understanding of SAP integration technologies and concepts such as APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware, and data mapping.
• Ability to work with technical teams to define interface specifications and troubleshoot technical and integration issues.
• Experience defining integrations between SAP and external HR systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into end‑to‑end solution architecture and technical designs.
• Experience supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business, functional, integration, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday-to‑SAP S/4HANA integration, particularly for employee, organizational, and HR master data.

• Knowledge of integration technologies and patterns used between Workday and SAP environments.
• Knowledge of ABAP and the ability to understand or review technical developments and specifications
