Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to lead complex projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs, guide teams and manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle in a hybrid, client-facing environment.

Fluency in English is required and you will join a multinational, people-focused team with strong ethics and development opportunities.

• Proven track record leading projects and teams, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead and guide projects and teams, ensuring the successful implementation and evolution of Salesforce solutions;
• Define robust and scalable solutions, leveraging native functionalities across Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud/Agentforce;
• Translate complex business requirements into effective technical designs and architectural blueprints;
• Manage stakeholder expectations and requirements, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
