Shakers, a global technology firm, is launching a new international Tech Hub in Lisbon and seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to own end-to-end design, implementation, and quality assurance within the growing Salesforce practice.

You'll join a greenfield hub from the ground up, taking full ownership of Salesforce architecture, mentoring a team, and delivering critical initiatives from day one. Hybrid model: 2 days/week in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API usage.
• Hands-on with unit testing, defect analysis and bug fixes.
• Proven leadership of development teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end design, implementation and unit testing of Salesforce requirements.
• Write functional and technical specifications.
• Deliver Salesforce parameterization with project standards.
• Code and implement integrations across systems.

A global technology firm is launching a new international Tech Hub in Lisbon, looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to own end-to-end design, implementation, and quality assurance within a growing Salesforce practice.

The challenge

You'll join a greenfield hub from the ground up, taking full ownership of Salesforce architecture and development while building and mentoring a team of developers. The ramp is structured: deep technical immersion in the first 30 days, full delivery ownership by 60, and leading critical initiatives from 90 days onward.

• End-to-end ownership of design, implementation, and unit testing of Salesforce requirements.
• Writing functional and technical specifications.
• Delivering Salesforce parameterization compliant with project standards.
• Coding and implementing integrations across systems.
• Executing unit tests, analyzing defects, and implementing fixes.
• Defining and reviewing test cases.
• Mentoring and guiding a team of developers.
• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Hands-on with unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
• Solid command of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated leadership of development teams.
• English B2 or higher (spoken and written).
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
• Availability for hybrid model: 2 days/week in Lisbon.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
