Accenture Portugal is looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions in Lisbon. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce. The successful candidate will lead technical decisions, mentor junior developers, and work collaboratively in international teams. A degree in Computer Science or a related field and strong English skills are also essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
• Good level of English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop high-quality code using various Salesforce technologies.
• Define and execute unit tests, and ensure high code quality.
• Collaborate with teams in international projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers.
