Black & White Engineering, a leading engineering consultancy, seeks a Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead major MEP design projects from concept to delivery. You will engage with clients, consultants and contractors, guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring project success across large-scale data centre initiatives.

As a senior leader, you will mentor engineers, share knowledge across regions, and help shape technical outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of engineering

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Building Services Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in mechanical MEP design, with significant exposure to data centre projects.
• Strong working knowledge of engineering software including HAP, Pipe Flo, Navisworks and ACC.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, manage budgets and meet deadlines.
• Experience undertaking design checks and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, technical partners and cross-discipline teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major engineering projects from concept through to delivery.

• Engage with clients, consultants and contractors in project meetings.
• Mentor and develop engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and growth.
