Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an MEP Lead to join our team in Sines, Portugal. You will manage mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities across the project lifecycle, coordinating with design, construction and commissioning teams.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in large-scale data centre projects, strong leadership, and hands-on knowledge of MEP systems. This role offers a competitive salary and a clear development path within a rapidly growing digital infrastructure

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years in large-scale construction or data centre projects.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and installation methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate MEP services across design, construction, and commissioning.
• Manage and support the MEP project team, including subcontractors and engineers.
• Oversee design documentation reviews, submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and procedures.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders for alignment.
• Identify and resolve design/construct issues to maintain momentum.
• Drive commissioning readiness and handover of MEP systems.
• Support planning, forecasting, and progress tracking to hit milestones.
