AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to join the Real World Evidence product team. You will bridge business and technology, define requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories to drive product development and value.

You will collaborate with stakeholders in the US, manage backlogs, support CI/CD initiatives, and help shape healthcare data solutions within a regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or higher with extensive BA experience in healthcare or tech.
• Experience documenting requirements and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable features.
• Minimum 8 years in BA roles.

Responsabilidades

• Document requirements with stakeholders and translate them into user stories.
• Support backlog management, prioritization, and planning.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to deliver value.
• Maintain clear documentation and alignment across teams.
• Participate in product demos and stakeholder presentations.
