Holafly is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist (Blogs & Creators) to fuel organic growth by engaging top bloggers and creators for Holafly's affiliate ecosystem. You will identify partners, tailor pitches, and onboard campaigns to drive international reach and user acquisition.

Based on English fluency and French proficiency, you will map niche markets, collaborate with marketing, and manage a steady pipeline of creator leads in a fast-paced, on-site Lisbon setting.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of experience in creator outreach, influencer engagement, or affiliate partner acquisition.
• Language Fluency: English plus native/C2 proficiency in French.
• Proficiency with CRM, SEO, analytics, and outreach tools (HubSpot, Ahrefs, GA, GT, Massive Outreach).

As our Lead Generation Specialist (Blogs & Creators), you will fuel Holafly's organic growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding top bloggers and creators in your target market. Your work directly expands our affiliate ecosystem, driving brand reach and user acquisition worldwide.

• Persuasive Communication: Strong negotiation skills to engage decision-makers and close partnership deals.
• Self-Driven Execution: Motivated mindset with a proven track record of meeting outreach goals.
• Nice to Have Platform Experience: Experience with affiliate networks (e.g., Impact) or prospecting tools.
• Multilingual Skills: Fluency in additional European languages.
