Holafly in Lisboa, on-site, seeks a Lead Generation Specialist (Blogs & Creators) to fuel organic growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding top bloggers and creators in your target market. This role expands our affiliate ecosystem to drive brand reach and user acquisition worldwide.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in creator outreach, native English, and strong skills with CRM/SEO analytics tools. You will collaborate with marketing to onboard creators for ongoing campaigns and growth.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in creator outreach, influencer engagement, or affiliate partner acquisition.
• Native/C2 proficiency in English.
• Proficiency with CRM, SEO, analytics, and outreach tools (HubSpot, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Trends, Massive Outreach).
• Solid understanding of digital creators, blogging platforms, and online content channels.
• Strong negotiation skills to engage decision-makers and close partnership deals.
• Motivated mindset with a proven track record of meeting outreach goals.
