Sysmatch is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer M/F for a hybrid role in Lisbon. You will architect and integrate complex frontend and backend packages, define standards, and mentor a multi-team developer community.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in full‑stack or frontend platform roles, strong SSR/CSR experience, API integration, and solid English (B2). Salary €30k-€40k gross annually plus benefits.
