Job summary

iTRTech Group is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights, owning analytical initiatives and supporting business decisions. This fully remote role targets candidates in South America, with fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish.

You will design datasets, dashboards and reports, build Power BI solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data reliability and governance across large cloud data environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in Data Analyst roles.
• Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with large datasets.
• Experience with Python for data analysis using Pandas or PySpark.
• Strong experience building interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of data modeling, KPIs, business metrics and statistics.
• Experience with large-scale data environments and cloud data warehouses; familiarity with supervised and unsupervised algorithms.
• Academic background in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field; fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish.
• Preferred: Azure or AWS familiarity, Git, data pipelines and CI/CD concepts.

• Knowledge of data modeling, KPIs, business metrics and applied statistics, including descriptive statistics, trend analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with large‑scale data environments and cloud data warehouses; familiarity with supervised and unsupervised algorithms.
• Academic background in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field; fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Azure or AWS, Git, data pipelines and CI/CD concepts.
