Emma - The Sleep Company is seeking a people-driven IT Operations Leader to guide a global team of around 10 IT professionals. The role covers Azure, Entra, and Intune management, cloud governance, and end-to-end project delivery across multiple countries, with periodic office presence in Lisbon.

You will hire, coach, and develop staff, shape the IT roadmap, and collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure with Emma's strategic goals while maintaining high autonomy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 3 years in a team lead or people management role within IT Operations.
• Strong hands-on background in Azure, Microsoft Entra, and Intune; able to lead and do.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end technical projects with cross-functional teams.
• Solid scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the IT Operations team across multiple sites.
• Oversee Identity Provider, Entra, and Azure governance and security.
• Drive device and endpoint management with Intune across all sites.
• Define the IT Operations roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure improvements.
