Qualificações

• Proven Head Chef experience in high-volume restaurants.
• Expert in cooking techniques and international cuisines.
• Strong leadership to manage and motivate a team.
• Skilled in menu planning, costing and inventory control.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Good English communication; Portuguese is a plus.
