Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds. You will work on automation, tooling, and incident management to keep the system reliable.

The role requires 4+ years on Kubernetes in production, strong Linux, and experience with a public cloud (Azure/AWS). English proficiency is required. Flexible schedule with remote and office options is offered.

Qualifications

Hands-on Kubernetes production experience required (4+ years).
Strong Linux and command-line fundamentals.
Experience with public cloud providers (Azure or AWS).
Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds.
Utilize observability tooling and keep runbooks/documentation up to date.
End-to-end incident management including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
Onboard and support new clients on the platform.
Build automation and diagnostics to reduce manual effort and improve performance.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components current.
Proactively manage capacity to scale with demand.
