Empa-T, a company that centers people in technology, is seeking a DevOps Platform Engineer to join an international team in Lisbon. You will design, automate and evolve cloud-native platforms, building scalable Kubernetes environments and delivering robust CI/CD pipelines to enable development teams.

Responsibilities include deploying Kubernetes platforms (OpenShift, Rancher, GKE, OKD), automating infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, and managing cloud resources across Azure, AWS and GCP.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes ecosystems (OpenShift, Rancher, GKE, OKD).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Terraform and Ansible for automation and provisioning.
• Linux, networking and security fundamentals.
• Python scripting for automation.
• Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms (OpenShift, Rancher, GKE, OKD).
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS and GCP.
• Support application lifecycle using Helm and GitOps.
• Ensure platform reliability through monitoring and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes.
• Contribute to internal platform tooling and continuous improvement.
