1GLOBAL is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer with a focus on Cloud/Platform engineering to join our Technology Department in Lisbon. You’ll build and evolve the infrastructure platform powering engineering teams across multiple cloud providers.

You’ll own automation, networking, Kubernetes platforms, and shared services ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable delivery. Fluency in English is essential; submit CV in English.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in DevOps/Cloud Platform Engineering.
• Strong AWS experience; OCI exposure beneficial.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python for automation.
• Experience with IAM, secrets management, policy-as-code.
• Collaborates closely with SREs and security teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, OCI, StackIT, and OpenStack using Infrastructure as Code.
• Operate and evolve managed Kubernetes environments (EKS, Oracle OKE) for scale and security.
• Develop reusable abstractions with Terraform, Terragrunt, Terramate, and Crossplane for self-service infra.
• Deploy and maintain managed cloud services (RDS, object storage, networking).
• Own shared platform components (Kafka, Vault, Ingress controllers, API gateways).
• Design and maintain cloud networking (VPCs, routing, firewalls, load balancers).
• Design and operate service mesh (Istio) for secure communication and observability.
• Implement identity/access with Keycloak and cloud IAM services; policy-as-code governance.
• Embed platform security with least-privilege, secrets management, and policy enforcement.
