Atlassian is seeking a Senior Platform Administrator to manage Jira & Confluence Data Center environments in Portugal. You will ensure availability, performance and incident resolution for mission-critical collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities include planning upgrades, validating changes, and maintaining plugin ecosystems while coordinating with ServiceNow, Splunk and other Atlassian instances. French language is a nice-to-have. On-site role with standard hours.

Formación

• Senior Atlassian platform experience required with Jira & Confluence.
• Minimum 3+ years in Data Center environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow & Splunk integrations.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Plan and execute Jira, Confluence and plugin upgrades.
• Validate and test platform updates before production.
• Ensure compatibility and maintenance of Atlassian plugins (e.G. Exalate).
• Work closely with infrastructure teams managing databases, storage and load balancers.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and support integrations with ServiceNow, Splunk and other Atlassian instances.

Key Responsibilities Platform Administration & Service Quality

• Ensure the availability, stability and performance of Jira & Confluence Data Center platforms.
• Maintain platform reliability with a low number of major incidents.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution.

Platform Lifecycle Management

• Plan and execute Jira, Confluence and plugin upgrades.
• Validate and test platform updates before production.
• Ensure compatibility and maintenance of Atlassian plugins (e.G. Exalate).

Infrastructure Management

Work closely with infrastructure teams managing:

• Databases
• Storage
• Load Balancers

Governance & Technical Expertise

Participate in platform governance and configuration management.

Produce and maintain technical documentation.

Support integrations with other platforms such as:

• ServiceNow
• Splunk
• Other Atlassian instances

Atlassian Cloud administration knowledge is considered a strong plus.
