Wyndham Grand Carvoeiro Algarve, a new five-star hotel overlooking Vale de Centeanes Beach in Carvoeiro, Lagoa, is currently seeking a Kitchen Steward to join its team.

We are looking for motivated professionals with a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to excellent customer service, who wish to develop their careers within an internationally recognised hotel brand.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.
• Passion for customer service and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with guests and colleagues from different departments.
• Well-presented, organised, proactive, dynamic and versatile.
• Availability and flexibility to work different schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the cleaning and washing of fine kitchenware (plates, glasses and cutlery);
• Wash kitchen equipment and utensils (pots, pans and cooking utensils);
• Maintain the stewarding area and support areas clean and organised;
• Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety and hygiene standards;
• Assist in maintaining the organisation of kitchen work areas.
