We look for motivated professionals with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional customer service, eager to grow within an internationally recognised brand.

You will welcome guests, resolve inquiries and complaints, collect feedback and collaborate with all departments to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay;
• Handle guest complaints, suggestions and special requests, ensuring prompt resolution;
• Monitor guest satisfaction and collect guest feedback;
• Promote a positive and memorable guest experience;
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure excellent guest service.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage;
• Passion for customer service and ability to work effectively as part of a team;
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and attention to detail;
• Good communication skills with guests and colleagues from different departments;
• Well-presented, organised, proactive, dynamic and versatile;
• Availability and flexibility to work different schedules.
