A Sonae Sierra procura um Analista de Tesouraria para integrar o time de SSC - Treasury, com sede nas instalações centrais em Maia. O/a candidato/a ideal terá formação relevante e até 3 anos de experiência, além de inglês nível B2.

As principais tarefas incluem gerir a liquidez, acompanhar cash flow, processar pagamentos a fornecedores e inquilinos, e conciliar saldos intercompanhias. O papel envolve contacto com bancos e entidades para fluxos de fundos e processos de KYC.

Qualificações

• Formação superior em Economia, Gestão ou Contabilidade.
• Até 3 anos de experiência relevante em Tesouraria, Contabilidade ou Back Office.
• Nível de inglês B2 obrigatório.
• Conhecimento de Excel e SAP é valorizado.

Responsabilidades

• Garantir a gestão de liquidez e cumprir obrigações de pagamento.
• Con trolar e analisar Cash Flow, fundos de caixa e contas bancárias.
• Processar pagamentos a fornecedores, adiantamentos e reconciliações.
• Atender fornecedores e inquilinos, esclarecer dúvidas.
• Conciliação de saldos intercompanhias e follow-up.
• Interagir com bancos e instituições para fluxos de fundos e KYC.

We are currently looking for a new member for th e SSC - Treasury team to join us in the position of Treasury Analyst.

Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia

Requisitos

• Requirement Degree in Economics, Management or Accounting
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Accounting or Back Office area B2 English level mandatory
• Knowledge in Ms Office Suite, particularly Excel (basic functions and pivot tables) and any SAP knowledge would be a plus
• Analytical thinking and high level of accuracy
• Proactive and reliable person

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the liquidity management and comply with payment obligations of Sonae Sierra's owner and service companies
• Periodically control and analyze company petty cash funds, cash flow forecasts and supplier/client current bank accounts
• Process supplier payments, advance payments, tenant clearings and other miscellaneous postings
• Supplier and tenant's attendance and clarification of questions
• Prepare intercompany balances reconciliation and follow up
• Liaise with external providers, banks and financial institutions for the execution of flows of funds, account openings and KYC processes
