The candidate will develop commercial capabilities, support customer plans, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize sales and promotions across channels.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in business account management, Trade Marketing or commercial environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in MS OFFICE and digital communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and align with the team to achieve objectives and annual sales targets.
• Support sales and trade management, including customer plans and performance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer information.
• Develop and execute end-to-end 360° marketing campaigns across the Traditional Channel.
• Build strong customer relationships under guidance of the Business Account Manager.
• Coordinate promotional actions and ensure brand visibility across channels.
