Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

Responsabilités

• Assist business customers with questions about digital advertising platforms and account management.
• Provide support with ad creation, campaign settings, budgets, targeting, and basic performance metrics.
• Guide customers through advertising tools and features in a clear and accessible way.
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery, billing, account access, and other advertising-related issues.
• Document customer interactions and follow established procedures and quality standards.
