Kenvue is recruiting for a Junior Business Account and Trade Marketing Specialist in Lisbon. This role supports the Traditional Channel with customer management, sales execution and trade marketing initiatives, while developing commercial capabilities and market knowledge.

You will collaborate across teams to drive campaigns, build relationships with customers, and help shape business plans. A proactive, analytical mindset and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Management, Economics or Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in business account management, Trade Marketing or commercial environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support the growth of the Traditional Channel by assisting in customer management, sales execution and trade marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships under guidance of the Business Account Manager.
• Develop and execute end-to-end 360° marketing campaigns across the Traditional Channel, from Cash & Carry through to retail stores.
