• 5+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or a similar role.
• Experience with global material flow management and system rollouts.
• Consultancy experience is required.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Developer with a focus on Central Inventory Management to support projects and continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain Management. In this role, you will help define and implement SCM standards, best practices and system solutions, while supporting functional teams in change initiatives and project delivery. You will contribute to global material flow management, centralized inventory processes, KPI definition and the continuous evolution of supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects and continuous improvement processes within Supply Chain Management to prepare the supply chain for current and future requirements.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of excellence processes, best practices and standards for Supply Chain.
• Support functional departments in implementing changes and executing projects.
• Support system development and the implementation of SCM-relevant IT solutions.
• Contribute to the implementation and promotion of excellence processes, including Integrated Business Planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement and manage the benefits database, ensuring the definition and exchange of best practices for centralized inventory management.
• Define and implement KPIs and OPIs.
• Provide a demand coordination structure.
• Develop supply chain solutions to meet customer requirements and/or legal obligations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Consultant with a focus on Central Inventory Management, or in a similar role.
• Experience in global material flow management, including associated processes and system rollouts.
• Consultancy experience.
• Knowledge of SAP PP in ECC and SAP IBP;
  hands-on development orconfiguration expertise is not required.
• Ability to provide well-grounded suggestions and recommendations.
• Strong negotiation skills, creativity and a progressive mindset.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
