Next Engineering procura um Junior Supply Chain Developer para atuar numa estrutura híbrida em Lisboa ou Porto. O(a) candidato(a) ideal deverá ter conhecimentos em gestão de cadeias de abastecimento, SAP EWM e Excel, com experiência prévia em melhoria contínua e gestão de mudanças.

Oferecemos um salário base entre 1.100€ e 1.400€ com benefícios flexíveis, convénios de alimentação e condições de trabalho atrativas para desenvolver a carreira neste setor.

Qualificações

• Experiência mínima de 6 anos como consultor de cadeia de suprimentos com foco em Remanufaturação e processos de fabrico.
• Experiência em gestão de fluxo global de materiais e rollout de processos e sistemas.
• Saber como funcionam SAP EWM e processos relacionados; Excel e similares.

Responsabilidades

• Participar em projetos e processos de melhoria contínua em SCM para preparar a cadeia para necessidades atuais e futuras.
• Contribuir para a definição e implementação de padrões para SCM.
• Apoiar demais departamentos na implementação de mudanças e projetos.
• Definir e implementar KPIs e OLIs (OPIs).
• Fornecer uma estrutura de coordenação de procura e desenvolver soluções de cadeia para atender a exigências legais e de clientes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects and continuous improvement processes within Supply Chain Management to prepare the supply chain for current and future requirements.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of excellence processes, best practices, and standards for Supply Chain.
• Support all functional departments in implementing changes and executing projects.
• Participation in setting and implementing standards for Supply Chain Management.
• Supports system development and implementations for all SCM relevant IT solutions.
• Implements and fosters excellence processes (e.G. Reman, core handling, service, ...) within SCM.
• Supports continuous improvement process and manages the benefit database, ensures definition and exchange of best practices.
• Defines and implements KPI ́s and OPI ́s.
• Provides a demand coordination structure.
• Develops supply chain solutions to meet customer demands and/or legal affairs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 year experience as a Supply Chain Junior Consultant with a focus on Remanufacturing and Manufacturing related processes, or in a similar role.
• Experience in global material flow management, associated processes and systems (rollout).
• SAP EWM - how it works, processes, designing some processes are a must (don't need to know specifically how to develop/configure). Excel and others.
• Project management experience.
• Change management experience.
• Financial acumen.

Soft Skills

• Ability to provide suggestions.
• Negotiation skills.
• Creativity and progressive mindset.

Languages

• Fluency in English (mandatory)
