Qualifications

• Language skills: Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• Experience in paid ads campaigns and marketing
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and client-support abilities
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency

Responsibilities

• Assist business customers with questions about digital advertising platforms, campaign setup, and account management.
• Provide support with ad creation, campaign settings, budgets, targeting, and basic performance metrics.
• Guide customers through advertising tools and explain platform features clearly.
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery, billing, account access, and other advertising-related issues.
• Help customers understand basic campaign performance indicators and available optimization options.
• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or other channels.
• Document customer interactions and follow established procedures and quality standards.
• Escalate complex technical or advertising issues to specialized teams when necessary.
• Stay up to date with advertising platform features, digital marketing trends, and best practices through ongoing training
