Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is looking for a Junior Marketing and Paid Ads Specialist to support clients with digital advertising campaigns, campaign setup, and basic performance guidance. No extensive experience required, ideal for a motivated, tech-savvy candidate starting a career in digital marketing.

You will work on ad creation, platform features, and customer interactions by email, chat, or phone, with ongoing training to stay current on trends.

Qualifications

• Language proficiency: Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Experience in paid ads campaigns and marketing.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset, and client-support ability.
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.

Responsabilités

• Assist business customers with questions about digital advertising platforms, campaign setup, and account management.
• Provide support with ad creation, campaign settings, budgets, targeting, and basic performance metrics.
• Guide customers through advertising tools and explain platform features in a clear and accessible way.
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery, billing, account access, and other advertising-related issues.
• Help customers understand basic campaign performance indicators and available optimization options.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally through email, chat, phone, or other communication channels.
• Document customer interactions and follow established procedures and quality standards.
• Escalate complex technical or advertising issues to specialized teams when necessary.
• Stay up to date with advertising platform features, digital marketing trends, and campaign best practices through ongoing training.
