PlatformE is hiring a Junior Software Engineer to support delivery and maintenance of client-facing solutions. You will implement configurations, develop features, troubleshoot issues, and improve workflows using Python.

You'll collaborate with Customer Success and PMs, perform builds, and contribute across databases, APIs, and integrations. This role emphasizes fast learning, clean code, and agile delivery in a hybrid Porto/London environment.

• Perform routine builds and configurations for clients with precision and consistency.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with senior developers on software design and development.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues for smooth functionality.
• Work with databases, APIs and third-party integrations as needed.
• Follow Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning.
• Stay updated with new technologies and continuously improve technical skills.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project success.
• Assist in writing technical documentation for code and features.

Your mission

As a Junior Software Engineer you’ll support the delivery and maintenance of client-facing software solutions by implementing technical configurations, developing and maintaining application features, troubleshooting issues, and improving delivery workflows.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Up to 1.5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Python.
