Hipoges is strengthening its Global Operational Analysis team with a junior profile focused on financial analysis and monitoring real estate portfolios. You will work with Portfolio Managers and Clients to analyze results against the Business Plan and prepare reports.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent Excel knowledge and a can-do attitude to learn in a dynamic international environment.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical skills, with ability to monitor portfolios and prepare reports.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is a plus.
• Fluency in English (C1) mandatory; Spanish desirable.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, monitor and control performance of real estate assets and portfolios.
• Update Business Plans and cash flow projections.
• Assess portfolio performance against Business Plans and identify deviations.
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations on portfolio performance.
• Interact with Portfolio Managers and Clients for information sharing.
• Calculate and monitor loan and real estate installments, balance certificates and scorecards.
