Hipoges Iberia is seeking a junior financial analyst to monitor real estate portfolio performance, update cash flow projections, and prepare monthly reports for Portfolio Managers and clients. You will work in a dynamic international environment and collaborate across teams to deliver accurate financial insights.

The role emphasizes strong Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills, with English fluency required and Spanish a plus.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor's degree in management, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Experience: junior profile, with previous experience in financial analysis, reporting or data analysis being considered a plus.
• Knowledge or previous experience in the real estate sector will be considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Analysis, monitoring and control of the performance of different real estate assets and portfolios.
• Monitoring and updating Business Plans, including cash flow analysis and financial projections.
• Analysis of portfolio performance against the respective Business Plan and identification of key deviations.
• Preparation of monthly reports and presentations on portfolio performance.
• Direct interaction and coordination with Portfolio Managers and Clients regarding relevant information.
• Calculation and monitoring of loan and Real Estate instalments, balance certificates and scorecards for incentive-setting purposes.
