A leading asset management company in Porto is seeking an Analyst to manage data entry, develop automated processes, and prepare reports. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of databases, ETL tools, and at least B2 level English proficiency. Responsibilities include database operations, analysis of cash flows, and onboarding new portfolios. Ideal candidates should be organized and have a minimum of two to three years of experience in a similar role.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Manage data entry and prepare reports.
• Perform database operations and analyze cash flows.
• Develop automated processes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor reconciliation of different portfolios.
• Board new portfolios into the database.

Knowledge of databases (SQL language, PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Knowledge of ETL (Pentaho, PowerBI, PowerCenter, Talend)

Knowledge of Java (ELK)

Knowledge of Python

Advanced Excel skills

At least B2 level of English

Strong analytical skills

Organized, resilient, and able to meet deadlines

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

The Analyst position is responsible for managing data entry, developing new automated processes to improve the system, and preparing reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Database operations;
• Automation of various processes;
• Developing new processes to avoid manual tasks;
• Analyzing cash flows and monitoring the reconciliation of different portfolios;
• Boarding new portfolios that the company begins to manage into the database.

SKILLS

• Knowledge of databases (SQL language, PostgreSQL, MySQL, entity-relationship model) - mandatory;
• Knowledge of ETL (Pentaho, PowerBI, PowerCenter, Talend) - preferred;
• Knowledge of Java (ELK) - preferred;
• Knowledge of Phyton - preferred;
• Advanced Excel skills are a plus;
• At least B2 level of English - mandatory;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Organized, resilient, and able to meet deadlines.
