Arcadis in Lisbon is seeking a Junior Consultant to join our Technical Advisory team. The role targets individuals with a technical background and early consultancy/real estate exposure, reporting to the Technical Advisory Team Leader.

You will contribute to independent project monitoring for banks and funds, review project docs, budgets and schedules for risks, and liaise with clients throughout the lifecycle. English proficiency and travel flexibility are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering; Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience (Consultancy and Real Estate valued).
• Knowledge of national regulations related to Technical Code of construction and Urban zoning regulations.
• Full professional English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must.
• Driver’s license and possibility of driving.
• Availability to travel within Spain and occasionally abroad.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent project monitoring services for banks, investment funds, and institutional clients during real estate development and construction projects.
• Review and analyze project documentation, budgets, schedules, and contracts to identify risks and ensure compliance with client requirements as well as applicable technical and urban planning regulations.
• Monitor construction progress, assess quality, and evaluate potential delays or cost overruns through regular site visits and reporting.
• Prepare clear, concise monitoring reports highlighting key risks, recommendations, and actions required to protect client interests.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
