Arcadis is seeking a motivated Junior Consultant (f/m/d) to join our Technical Advisory team in Lisbon. The role focuses on independent project monitoring, risk review, and client-facing support for real estate development and construction projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Architecture-related degree with 1–2 years of consultancy/real estate experience, fluent English, and willingness to travel within Spain and abroad.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required.
• Master’s degree in Architecture is preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in consultancy/real estate is valuable.
• Full professional English (reading, writing, speaking) is essential.
• Ability to travel within Spain and occasionally abroad.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent project monitoring services for banks, investment funds, and institutional clients during real estate development and construction projects.
• Review and analyze project documentation, budgets, schedules, and contracts to identify risks and ensure compliance with client requirements and regulations.
• Monitor construction progress, assess quality, and evaluate potential delays or cost overruns through site visits and reporting.
• Prepare clear monitoring reports highlighting risks, recommendations, and actions required to protect client interests.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
