Arcadis in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Junior Consultant to join our Technical Advisory team and consolidate a career in a leading global design and consultancy firm for natural and built assets.

The role focuses on independent project monitoring, risk assessment, and client communication across real estate development projects, with opportunities to travel. Strong English and relevant education are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Master's degree in Architecture.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in consultancy or real estate is valuable.
• Full professional English required (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to travel within Spain and occasionally abroad.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent project monitoring services for banks, funds and institutional clients during real estate development and construction.
• Review budgets, schedules and contracts to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor construction progress and assess delays or cost overruns via site visits and reporting.
• Prepare clear monitoring reports highlighting risks, recommendations and actions.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
