PPOAR in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Junior Pastry Chef to join our luxury hotel kitchen. You will assist the head pastry chef in creating delicious and visually appealing desserts for our guests, while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have pastry experience, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. English fluency is required; Portuguese is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of different baking techniques for cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc.
• Creativity and artistic skills to design visually appealing desserts.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Degree or certification from a culinary school is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese language skills are a plus.

As a Junior Pastry Chef, you will assist the head pastry chef in creating delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries for our guests. You will also be responsible for maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen.

Salary

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
